30 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE

Whenever you purchase a new mattress, there is an adaptation period. The manufacturers suggest to sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights. Once expired, and if you are not attaining the comfort level expected, you can return the mattress, if a new Healthguard mattress protector was purchased at the same time as the new RV Travelers Choice mattress.

Our 30-Night Sleep Comfort Guarantee

Purchase a new RV Travelers Choice mattress (any model) and the Healthguard mattress protector, on the same invoice, and you receive our RVTC 30 Night Comfort Guarantee. The mattress protector allows us to offer you this trial period for 30-Nights.

Once you have selected your new RV Traveler’s Choice mattress, and you protect your mattress with our Healthguard Mattress Protector, you’ll have 30 RV nights, from the day that your mattress is delivered or picked up, to experience it within the comfort of your RV to ensure it is the perfect fit for you. If, at any time during this period, you’re unhappy with the comfort of your new RV Traveler’s Choice mattress, you’ll be able to exchange it for one of our other selections, hassle-free, at the same RV Care dealer location that you purchased the mattress OR request a full refund, for the new mattress ONLY. It’s just that easy!

All you need to do is call the RV Care dealer that you purchased the mattress from, have your original invoice available for validation and confirmation purposes, and tell them what you would like to do so they can schedule an appointment for you. Drop by the dealership on the provided date and time with the new mattress. (You do need to keep the mattress free from transportation damages, otherwise the exchange and/or refund can be declined by the dealer.) The refund and/or new mattress exchange must be requested and confirmed by the dealer within the 30 days, as stated on the invoice. No exceptions will be accepted.

The purpose of requesting the purchase of a Healthguard Mattress Protector, is to protect the integrity of the manufacturers 10-year warranty should the mattress be returned to the issuing RV Care dealership AND to assure future customers that are purchasing a used RV are presented with full disclosure.

Responsibility of the Warranty Contract Holder:

The purchaser of the new mattress and the HealthGuard mattress protector is entirely responsible for retaining the proof of purchase, and returning the mattress at their cost.

Extended New Mattress Stain Warranty

If the new mattress that has been purchased at the same time, or within a ninety (90) day period after the purchase of the HealthGuard mattress protector, becomes stained as a result of normal residential use during the first sixty (60) months of the life of this warranty by ordinary household foods, beverages, grease and/or human biological stains while the HealthGuard mattress protector is in use the warranty will apply. Bay Street Manufacturing will request the damaged mattress protector be returned in a clean and sanitary condition for inspection and will send via courier a new replacement. Once tested to verify leak, Bay Street Manufacturing will either cleanr, repair or replace the stained mattress.

How to make a claim:

Should you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact Bay Street Manufacturing at 1-905-851-1050 or toll free 1-800-624-2436. Please have your original purchase receipt to validate this warranty. You must report damage within Five (5) days of the occurrence.
