The 2026 Coachmen Northern Spirit 3070BH is a completely different take on the traditional family bunkhouse. What we love most about this floorplan is the two separate private bunk rooms, huge open central living space, and Northern Spirit's higher-end construction.

Instead of putting all of the bunks together in one room, Coachmen separates the sleeping areas, giving the kids their own dedicated spaces with built-in storage. In the middle of the trailer, you get a large, open living area with the dinette positioned beside a huge campsite window, making the trailer feel bright and spacious inside.

Two Separate Private Bunk Rooms

This is easily one of our favorite features of the 3070BH.

Instead of a traditional bunkhouse where all of the kids are sleeping together in one room, the 3070BH features two separate private bunk areas with built-in storage.

For families with multiple kids, this gives everyone a little more separation and their own dedicated space for sleeping and keeping their belongings organized.

It's a really unique approach to a family bunkhouse and one of the biggest reasons we like this floorplan.

Huge Open Living Space

The centre of the 3070BH is dedicated to a large, open living area.

With the sleeping areas separated from the main living space, the centre of the trailer becomes a proper family gathering area rather than feeling like you're sitting in the middle of a bunkhouse.

The dinette sits beside a large campsite window, bringing in plenty of natural light and giving you a great view outside while you're eating, relaxing, or spending time with the family.
