The 2027 Coachmen Apex Nano 203RBK is one of our favorite couples' floorplans here at Ruston RV. It’s the smallest Apex Nano with dual axles, but it still gives you a deep slide-out, a huge rear bathroom, and the largest outdoor kitchen in the Nano lineup. For couples who want to keep their trailer compact without giving up space and features, the 203RBK hits a really nice sweet spot.

At just 23' 5" long and with an unloaded weight of approximately 4,256 lbs., the 203RBK stays very manageable while giving you the added stability of a tandem-axle trailer. The deep slide opens up the main living area, while the large rear bathroom gives you considerably more room than you’d normally expect in a trailer this size.

And this isn’t just a compact couples' trailer with the basics. Coachmen has packed the Apex Nano with features that make a real difference when you’re camping, including 400 watts of solar, dual Azdel laminated sidewalls, aluminum-framed construction, a tankless water heater, 15,000-BTU A/C, and a 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator.

A Small Trailer That Feels Much Bigger Inside

The deep slide-out is one of the biggest reasons the 203RBK works so well. Once the slide is open, you get a surprisingly spacious main living area for a trailer that’s only a little over 23 feet long.

The booth dinette gives you a comfortable place to sit down for meals, play a game, or relax inside, while the front walk-around bed gives you a dedicated sleeping area without having to convert anything at the end of the day. Coachmen also offers an optional Murphy bed if you want even more usable living space during the day.

Huge Rear Bathroom

The rear bathroom is one of our favorite parts of the 203RBK. By dedicating the entire back of the trailer to the bathroom, Coachmen has created a much more spacious layout than you typically find in a compact couples' trailer.

You get plenty of room to move around, along with a shower/tub surround, foot-flush toilet, skylight, power vent, and black-tank flush.

The Biggest Outdoor Kitchen in the Nano Lineup

Another feature that really separates the 203RBK from the rest of the Nano lineup is its full outdoor kitchen. It gives you a proper space to prepare food and cook outside without constantly going back into the trailer.

If you’re someone who spends most of your camping time outdoors, this is one of the features that really makes the 203RBK stand out.

Smallest Dual-Axle Apex Nano

The 203RBK is also the smallest dual-axle model in the Apex Nano lineup, which is something we really like about it. You get the compact dimensions of a smaller trailer while benefiting from the stability and weight distribution of a tandem-axle setup.

With an approximate 4,256-lb. unloaded weight and 6,000-lb. GVWR, it gives you a lot of trailer without making the jump into a much larger couples' coach.

The 203RBK comes with a 400-watt solar system, helping give you more flexibility when you’re camping away from full hookups.

You’ll also find a heated and enclosed underbelly, tankless 48,000-BTU water heater, 15,000-BTU A/C, Starlink prep, backup-camera prep, power awning with LED lighting, inverter prep, dual battery tray, and dual 20-lb. propane tanks.

Kitchen & Bathroom

Inside, the kitchen includes a 10 cu. ft. 12V refrigerator, microwave, two-burner flush-mount cooktop, stainless-steel sink, and seamless-edge countertops.
